INSTRU ZYM is an enzymatic detergent for the material caring, residue free cleaning of medical  instruments, especially of flexible and rigid endoscopes, endoscopic accessories and surgical and  orthopaedic instruments. Highly active enzymes supported by an innovative surfactant system eliminate sediments of blood, secretions, detritus, tissue rests and fats. INSTRU ZYM prevents  bio-films which harbour resistant bacteria and which obstruct the hygienic reprocessing. With an  effective, residue free cleaning in 2 – 3 minutes and its bactericidal and virus inactivating  properties INSTRU ZYM provides for the pre-condition of a secure disinfection and sterilisation.  INSTRU ZYM prevents coagulations and minimizes thus equipment failures and ensures the  functionality of moveable instrument parts. The excellent properties of the product facilitate the  residue free cleaning especially of narrow accessories. INSTRU ZYN is foam free and ideal for the  ultra sound reprocessing.

-  economical through low usage concentrations

-  protease and amylase enzymes split and suspend albumen, protein, fats and  polysaccharides and are supported by an effective system of surfactants 

-  also effective with cold water temperatures; warm water improves the cleaning results  ( 30° - 45°C) 

-  prevents bio-films, which harbour bacteria which are resistant against disinfectants and  which can cause infections 

-  bactericidal and virus inactivating components protect while handling with the soiled  usage solution 

-  does not replace a disinfectants
